    • On the log-in page, click the option Forgot Password? This will direct you to enter the email address associated with your Boka account. You will get a password reset email. If you do not get the email in your inbox, check your junk and spam folders. 
  • How do I change my shipping or billing address?
    • No worries! Follow the steps HERE
  • How do I know my account is secure?
    • We are a Shopify Powered Merchant. All transactions are conducted over secure SSL connections and we are fully PCI Level-1 Compliant.
  • How do you use or share my information?
