How do I cancel my subscription?

Need to cancel your subscription? No problem! As long as the order has not been processed for shipping you can cancel your upcoming subscription. 

To cancel a subscription: 

1. Log into your subscription account. If you are receiving a login error you may not have an active account. Please create one by following the steps here. 
2. Click on "Manage subscriptions."
3. Click "Edit" next to the product you wish to cancel. If you want to cancel all items in the subscription you will need to do this individually. 
4. Once you have been redirected to the subscription page, scroll down until you see "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION." Click on this and you will see a pop-up on the side. 
5. Choose a reason for the cancellation and click "NEXT." 
6. Add additional comments and select "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION."
7. On your subscription page, you will see the newly canceled item under the "Inactive subscriptions" section.
