Need to cancel your subscription? No problem! As long as the order has not been processed for shipping you can cancel your upcoming subscription.
To cancel a subscription:
- Log into your subscription account. If you are receiving a login error you may not have an active account. Please create one by following the steps here.
- Click on "Manage subscriptions."
- Click "Edit" next to the product you wish to cancel. If you want to cancel all items in the subscription you will need to do this individually.
- Once you have been redirected to the subscription page, scroll down until you see "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION." Click on this and you will see a pop-up on the side.
- Choose a reason for the cancellation and click "NEXT."
- Add additional comments and select "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION."
- On your subscription page, you will see the newly canceled item under the "Inactive subscriptions" section.
