Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order is picked up for shipping.
Once your order is shipped, we will share shipping and tracking information via email. You can then use the tracking number to get updates from the carrier.
Please note that most orders take 4-10 business days to be delivered (not including weekends and holidays).
If it has been 10 days we ask that you allow an extra 48 hours for this to be delivered. If it has been more than 12 business days please submit a request.
Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska have a 3-4 week delivery timeframe.
